Flowerin' Himeji Flutist

Blooms that blush,
Hanging over a scenery lush,
To hear her flute you may have to hush,
Behold that angelic face, it will turn your heart into mush.

Her vibrant kimono is aubergine,

Made of those flowers with a glimmering sheen,
In her full stature, she is hiding a castle serene,
In her presence nothing can come in between.

Her float connects the wind and water,
Where reflections make the mood softer,
The curve in the red bridge makes me ponder,
When will I get to Japan to wander,
As Covid made all such plans squander.

Don’t keep a list,
Visual pleasure is the gist,
Many more coming with a twist,
For now I give you, the Flowerin’ Himeji Flutist.
